Registration & Class Policies

• Due to limited class sizes, please register at least one week prior to class start date to ensure availability.
• The Arts reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop that does not reach a minimum enrolment. If a cancellation occurs, registered students will be notified and will receive a full refund.
• Full tuition and material fees must be paid in full at time of registration.
• Student withdrawls must be made at least three days prior to class start date to receive a full refund. For withdrawls after the first class session, students will receive a 75% refund. After the second class, students will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after the third class session.
• Material fees cannot be refunded after class start date.
• Class fees cannot be pro rated.
• The Arts cannot be responsible for student artwork left more than 30 after class end date.

Methods of payment

The Arts accepts cash, Visa, Master Card and checks ($35 fee for returned checks)

Make Up Classes

Make up classes will be scheduled only for individual classes cancelled by The Arts.

Missed Classes

Teens and Adults who miss class can arrange for open studio times at no charge to work on projects, though no instruction will be provided.
