Enjoy the time and freedom to work on independent projects in our spacious studios.
Open studio hours are non-instructional, but The Arts staff will be available to help you.

Mondays, 11:00-3:00 & 6:30-9:30

Cost

• For individuals not currently enrolled in a class at The Arts, rates are $10 per hour sold in blocks of six hours each.
  
• For current students at The Arts, rates are $8 per hour sold in blocks of six hours each.
• Purchased open studio hours are good for one year.

• Previous jewelry making and ceramics experience is a prerequisite.
• Participants do not have to be currently enrolled in a class at The Arts.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult to work with.
• Prior experience with on-site equipment is a prerequisite or staff assistance is required.
• Adherence to The Arts safety regulations is required
• All materials must be purchased at The Arts

  Materials Available for Purchase

• 25 lb. bags of low fire clay are available for purchase for $25 - this cost also includes fees for bisque and glaze firings.
• Lead free and specialty glazes
• Silver, copper, nickel and brass (sheet & wire)
